Then, gently warm the dubbin and the boots (optional, but helps with absorption) using a hairdryer on low heat. Apply a small amount of dubbin to a cloth and rub it evenly into the leather, working it into seams and crevices. Repeat this process as needed, allowing the dubbin to penetrate for 30-60 minutes before buffing off any excess with a dry cloth.
