Introducing the LANX x Gilbert collaborative rugby ball. Using the classic Size 5 Replica Ball from Gilbert and utilising LANX’s colours and logos brings you a unique rugby experience. Gilbert is synonymous within the world of rugby with schoolboy William Webb Ellis taking a football in his arms and running with it. The ball in question was a Gilbert one - made by William Gilbert, a cordwainer from the town of Rugby in 1823.
